REWARD - ROBBERY - PRINCE OF WALES, MONTREAL

Most thieves want material items - money, jewellery. Dawn McSweeney wanted all that, but in this case, the thief also deliberately tore apart my family.

There can be no justice for my parents. My father, George Rubin, and my mother Leonie Rubin, went to their graves after years of suffering because of Dawn McSweeney's greed and hatred. Nothing can ever fix what was done to them by Dawn and her "partners in crime."

My mother was easily manipulated by Dawn who is "Goldilocks" with a tear in her eye and a poem at the ready - and her hand in your purse.

My mother was clearly scared into going along - to one degree or another - with cutting all her children and all her grandchildren out of the wills that she and my father had made. My mother was terrified of being put into an old folks home. She told us that she feared that more than death after she had a near-death experience.

A new will was made in my mother's name in 2005 when she was 92 years old - after she had been kept in total isolation from the world for almost a decade by Debbie and Dawn and their accomplices. That will gave all of my father's life's earnings and property to Dawn's mother, our youngest sister, Debbie Rubin McSweeney - and to Dawn McSweeney - and a stranger named Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme.

But my father was a decent, honourable man who would never have been an accomplice to anything unjust. His way of coping with the activities of the "partners in crime" who had moved in and taken over his house at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal on October 7, 1996, would have been to shut himself in his room with his books and immerse himself once again in Homer's The Iliad or the works of Thoreau or Emerson. He was too ill to fight, too ill to argue anymore, too ill to dare to oppose my mother who was given to great rages and tantrums and long sessions of sulking when things didn't go her way, which was almost always.

There can never be justice for our family that was shattered and scattered by Dawn McSwseeney's crimes. There can never be justice for my parents whose family was destroyed on October 7, 1996.

Not long after the robbery, my father decided to leave his home forever. He went into a chronic care facility where he resided until his death in the summer of 2000. My mother never visited him - not ever- not on his birthdays, not at Christmas, Chanukah, Passover or even the New Year at the turn of the 21st Century. She loved him. She sent him a colour TV and he and I alone in his little room watched the New Year arrive around the world.

My mother stayed at Prince of Wales with Dawn and her gang until Debbie and her accomplices took her away and started planning to sell my father's house.

In 2005, Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme and Debbie Rubin McSweeney made a new will in my mother's name. A few days after my mother was buried in 2007, the same Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme applied for a court order, declaring that I was insane and dangerous. They had to silence me before I found out about this will they had made.

Justice demands that Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" confess to the Montreal Police and return everything they stole from me and from my family. I will never settle for less. No amount of money will compensate for these crimes.

All details available on request.

I am,

Phyllis Carter

I'll make this simple for you. I never stole anything from you. Dawn never stole anything from you, and neither of us have anything to do with your younest sister and her boyfriend. Any hatred regarding your parents estate should be directed at Debbie. Take your meds and start seeing reality. If you can't, then I just want you to know that you wont get hurt if you try standing in front of a Train on the tracks by your place. So go on, try it.

The public will find detailed reports of these crimes and information about the rewards at http://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com.
It is important to know that OUR MOTHER DID NOT SIGN THE WILL MADE IN HER NAME BY KENNETH GREGOIRE PRUD'HOMME.
