THE CRIME SCENE - 4995 PRINCE OF WALES, NDG., MONTREAL, QUEBEC

Dawn McSweeney robbed me and destroyed our family.

I missed the last ten years of my mother's life because of Dawn McSweeney's crimes. I was also separated from my father for years because of Dawn McSweeney's crimes.

And a Montreal Police officer made it all possible.

Scene of the Crimes: 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Quebec

Time: October 7, 1996

The Thief: Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime", as she calls them on her own blog.

The Victims: Phyllis Carter and the Rubin Family

All the details of these crimes have been reported to the Montreal Police repeatedly since October 7, 1996. The Montreal Police do nothing.

Along with seven pages of precious inventory, Dawn McSweeney also stole my oil paintings that were still on the walls at 4995 Prince of Wales on the day I was attacked there, and evicted empty-handed by a Montreal Police officer - without benefit of any legal procedure and with no justification but the word of my attacker.

Read all the details of these crimes on this blog.

Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" stole my father's books - Leaves of Grass, The Iliad, classics, mysteries, art - books my father enjoyed and cherished. I could go online and find some of these titles and buy them, but it would never be the same. The thieves stole our family's heritage.

Dawn McSweeney and her associates stole our family home, family photographs, jewellery, personal treasures, gifts, our memories, our souvenirs - our peace - our family.

The robbery shattered our family and then their crimes continued because no one would stop them. But as our quest for justice accelerates, others - see the latest figures below - are becoming more interested in knowing why the so-called justice system has allowed these criminals to continue enjoying the spoils of their deeds and some people are beginning to ask questions of our political leaders.

I continue to fight for what is my own, and for that which belongs to my siblings and their children.

I will never stop fighting for justice.

Phyllis Carter

ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CANADA NOT RESPONSIBLE

 July 14, 2011

Just received from the Honourable Rob Nicholson, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada.

These crimes are not in my jurisdiction.

This is the answer I have been receiving from the Montreal Police and members of governments of Montreal, Quebec and Canada since I was attacked and robbed on October 7, 1996.

In a message dated 14/07/2011 11:38:22 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time, mcu2@justice.gc.ca writes:

Dear Ms. Carter:

On behalf of the Honourable Rob Nicholson, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, I acknowledge receipt of your correspondence of June 8, 2011, concerning your personal situation.

I understand why you have written to the Minister and asked for assistance.  I sympathize with the difficulties that you and your family have experienced and realize that this situation has been distressing for you.  However, as Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, Minister Nicholson is mandated to provide legal advice only to the federal government.  I hope you will understand that, for this reason, he is not able to investigate, intervene in, or otherwise become involved in the situation you describe.

You may be interested to know that the Montreal Police Service falls under the purview of Mr. Robert Dutil, Minister of Public Security in Quebec.  Accordingly, you may wish to share your concerns with Mr. Dutil at ministre@msp.gouv.qc.ca.

Thank you for writing.

Yours sincerely,

L. Bisson

Thank you for taking the time to write. L. Bisson,

I am in nobody's jurisdiction. Only public opinion can change that. I have been reporting these crimes from the moment I called 911 on October 7, 1996, when the police I expected to rescue me helped the thief instead and set these crimes in motion.

My only weapon is the truth and I will continue reporting these crimes for all the world to read until my very last breath. As a bone cancer patient, I never know when that will be, but until then, I will keep on reporting the crimes being covered up by the Montreal Police.

Member of Parliament, Marlene Jennings, stated at two public meetings -
"Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times."

So use your office and your power to bring me justice.

WORLD ECONOMY - RENDER UNTO CAESAR THAT WHICH IS CAESAR'S

SHARE THE WEALTH
Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's
And render unto God, that which is God's.

Luke 20:25

The solution to the real problems of the world's economy is not to destroy or to steal the wealth and beauty that is in the hands of the super rich, but to restrain them by every non-violent means and take the excess of their ill-gotten gains and share it fairly according to need and merit with everyone.

Any wealth or treasure that has been stolen by anyone must be returned to its rightful owners. Only then can we hope to live in peace knowing that none are hungry and none are angry because they have been cheated and robbed.

LIKE THE NAZIS, DAWN MCSWEENEY STOLE PERSONAL TREASURES

Like Adolph Hitler and his Nazi henchmen, Dawn McSweeney and her self-proclaimed "partners in crime" stole personal treasures and destroyed lives

This painting by Gustav Klimt was stolen by the Nazis and finally returned to the family that owned it. It took many years, but justice finally came for this family.

National Public Radio reported on January 17, 2006 that "The Austrian National Gallery is being compelled by a national arbitration board to return five paintings by Gustav Klimt to a Los Angeles woman, the heir of a Jewish family that had its art stolen by the Nazis.                         http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gustav_Klimt

DAWN MCSWEENEY AND I ARE BOUND TOGETHER

The moment Dawn McSweeney robbed me,
She chained her soul to mine.

Whenever she touches any of my precious belongings,
There am I also.

No matter what she has done with my belongings,
She became my prisoner the moment she robbed me.

And she will never be free of me
In this world or the next,
Until she confesses and returns everything she stole.
