MY GRANDMOTHER'S ANTIQUE DIAMOND DINNER RING STOLEN BY DAWN MCSWEENEY

This ring looks similar to my grandmother's diamond and sapphire dinner ring that Dawn McSweeney stole on October 7,  1996. I provided the Montreal Police with photos and appraisals for my ring and many other precious items in March. 1997. But the Montreal Police still do nothing. Detailed reports of these crimes are open to the world at DAWN MCSWEENEY, GURU THIEF - http://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com.
She could not have succeeded in her crimes without the help of the Montreal Police.

STERLING SILVER UNICORN RING BY YESBERGER - STOLEN BY DAWN MCSWEENEY

James Yesberger
Unicorn ring
Sterling silver

After years of searching, I finally came upon a ring like one of mine stolen by Dawn McSweeney on October 7, 1996.

It is a Sterling silver unicorn, designed by James Yesberger, and one of many gold and silver and diamond and gemstone rings and other items of  precious jewellery Dawn McSweeney stole - with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

I purchased my Yesberger unicorn ring about 40 years ago in a gift shop in Peacock Alley on Cape Cod, but Dawn McSweeney stole it in a flash, without any difficulty, when the Montreal Police I called to rescue me - turned over all my belongings to the thieves - without any legal procedure or justification.

I provided the Montreal Police with receipts, appraisals, insurance papers, photographs and a detailed inventory of the many valuables Dawn McSweeney stole.

But a Montreal Police officer helped Dawn McSweeney rob me,
so the Montreal Police do nothing.

Detailed reports are published at
DAWN MCSWEENEY AND HER PARTNERS IN CRIME - http://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com.

These reports have now been read by more than 48,800 people around the world -

And still, the Montreal Police do nothing.

THERE WILL BE NO PEACE
UNTIL EVERYTHING STOLEN BY DAWN MCSWEENEY
AND HER "PARTNERS IN CRIME"
IS RETURNED TO ME AND TO MY FAMILY

IN POVERTY, I BOUGHT A DIAMOND DESIGNER RING - CARRERA - DAWN MCSWEENEY STOLE IT

Gorges Carrera Y Carrera 18kt Gold Diamonds Ring

Gorges Carrera Y Carrera 18kt Gold Diamond Ring

On October 7, 1996, among my many valuables stolen by Dawn McSweeney was my designer original Carrera Y Carrera gold and diamond ring - so treasured that it was never worn and was still in its original packet.

My ring is the face of a woman in shiny and matte finish 18K gold with diamonds, similar to the one shown above, and the price was over $3,000.00 when I bought it in 1993. I have the original invoice among my documents in safe keeping.

I provided the Montreal Police with photographs, appraisals, insurance papers and a seven page detailed inventory of everything Dawn McSweeney stole.

Marlene Jennings MP stated at two public meetings in Montreal
"Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times.

And still, the Montreal Police do nothing.

When I bought the Carrera Y Carrera ring, I was grieving the death of my husband, I was fighting breast cancer and I was living on welfare.

When I saw that ring in the window of La Maison d'Or, it took my breath away. It was the first thing I had seen that made me feel like living again. It was about $3,000.00 and I was living on cheese sandwiches and in shelters. But that ring made me want to live.

So I put the ring on my VISA card.

I never wore the Carrera Y Carrera ring. I kept it hidden with my other valuable jewellery among my boxes and bags and cases in my storage room in my mother's house - the safest place in the world, I thought - my parents' home.

My parents never left the house empty. My father would go for the groceries. My mother never went out. And there was Kelly, my father's pet, who barked whenever anyone even dared to pass near the house.

No one came to the house. No friends. And the only family that came to my parents' house was Dawn McSweeney and her mother, my sister, Debbie, and her father, Ed McSweeney - and Dawn's boyfriends.

I thought it was the safest place to keep my most precious valuables. I was too sick to think of any alternatives. I even took my best rings and gold bracelets out of my safety deposit box at my bank and hid them in the house because you can't look at your jewellery when it is in the bank. At least I could see my precious belongings in  my mother's house.

I never dreamed that I was in such danger. I believed Dawn would pilfer, but I had no idea that I was going to be attacked and that the police I expected to rescue me would turn over my life's belongings to the thief !

And I paid my VISA bill - $50.00 a month - month after month - year after year. I paid a heavy interest - and the capital never went down - but I hoped for better times. That was why I never sold my jewellery. I loved it and I hoped to live to enjoy it. It gave me hope - the will to live. A lovely light at the end of the tunnel.

I paid and I paid - thousands of dollars over the years - even after the ring was stolen. I was sick, I was unemployed, I was grieving, I was scared, but I paid.

A teller at my bank asked why I didn't just declare bankruptcy or just stop paying VISA.

Because VISA was not responsible for my troubles.
VISA was not responsible for the robbery.
Dawn McSweeney robbed me. Not VISA.

It was a matter of honour.

And that is why I fight night and day for the return of my belongings.
Because every one of them has special meaning to me and they are mine.

THERE WILL BE NO PEACE WITHOUT JUSTICE
THERE CAN BE NO JUSTICE WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY

MONTREAL POLICE IGNORE, DESTROY, BURY EVIDENCE - ARREST VICTIM

From the day of the robbery - October 7, 1996 - when I called 911 for help as I was being attacked and robbed  - the Montreal Police have repeatedly refused to take normal actions to recover precious possessions, money and property that were stolen from me and from my family by Dawn McSweeney and to bring her before a court of criminal law.

When the Montreal Police finally launched what appeared to be a serious investigation five months after the robbery, fingerprints "disappeared".

THE RETURN OF THE EMPTY JEWEL BOXES

OUR AGED MOTHER DISAPPEARED - MONTREAL POLICE REUSED TO INVESTIGATE

Dawn McSweeney's partner, Alex Lavergne, accuses Dawn McSweeney's mother. Debbie, of being the thief. Montreal Police refuse to investigate.

MONTREAL POLICE DO NOTHING

EVIDENCE THAT DEMANDS A VERDICT

Montreal Police detective, Sylvie Laverdiere told me - the victim - to do the investigation myself and report to her. So I did.

Then Montreal Police detective, Sylvie Laverdiere, went to my home and asked Dawn McSweeney for my Borg winter coat which Dawn gave to her  - but she made no effort to recover my precious valuables.

Alex Lavergne posted numerous messages of hate mail on my blog. Again and again, I reported to the police.

THIEVES ACCUSE VICTIM OF BEING INSANE AND DANGEROUS -
THESE THIEVES HAVE ENDANGERED MY LIFE - FORCED ME TO HAVE CT SCAN

I provided the Montreal Police with documents, insurance papers, receipts, appraisals of my jewellery, photographs, a minutely detailed inventory of all the stolen items and several floppy discs of information. Montreal police do nothing.

Member of Parliament, Marlene Jennings,
stated at two public meetings in Montreal -

"MRS. CARTER'S RIGHTS
WERE VIOLATED THREE TIMES"

And still the Montreal Police do nothing.

And so I continue my struggle for justice in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, day and night for all the world to see. At this writing, more than 43,000 people around the world have read my reports.

ALEX LAVERGNE ACCUSES DAWN MCSWEENEY'S MOTHER OF ROBBERY

Dawn McSweeney's "partner in crime", Alex Lavergne accuses Dawn's mother Debbie of being the thief who robbed me, and he accuses the Montreal Police of lying when they told me that he and Dawn had refused to take polygraph tests.

There is one thing I know about my sister Debbie: She never cared about "things" - but only about people. She would do anything to protect her daughter, Dawn McSweeney, but I do not believe she cares one bit for any of the the valuables Dawn stole.

Here are two of the messages Alex Lavergne posted on my blogs accusing Debbie of robbing me and the police of lying.

Alex said...

I can only speak for myself in saying i am 100% sure I never was asked to take a lie detector.

Now quit looking every else and look at the most likely target. If you were to search your youngest sister's home, i'm sure you'd find all your missing items. Your sister stiole from you, not us.

Get past your insanity and realize that your "Forever-Beloved Baby Sister" isn't the angel you think she is.

Riddle me this: Who's the SOLE benifactor of your mother's will?

DAWN MCSWEENEY ALSO STOLE OIL PAINTINGS

As I have been reporting to the police since I was attacked and robbed on October 7, 1996, Dawn McSweeney stole seven pages of inventory.

In addition to our most valuable jewellery and my most precious personal items including my husband's badge and rings and his trademark grey Stetson fedora and our wedding portrait, she also stole three of my oil paintings signed P. Mass and painted in the 1960's.

Painting 1 - Horses running on the beach.

Painting 2 - Classical old houses with lamplight on a street in Quebec City.

Painting  3 - New homes as seen from my back yard in Dollard des Ormeaux in the 1960's.

The pictures were still on the walls at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, when I was attacked there and the Montreal Police evicted me physically without any legal procedure and without filing a police report, separating me from all my possessions and leaving me homeless and destitute, and the lives and property of my aged parents in the hands of the criminals.

Marlene Jennings, Member of Parliament at the time, stated at two public meetings,
"Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times."

But the Montreal Police still refuse to take any action to recover our stolen belongings or bring Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" before a judge in criminal court.

The details are reported at http://dawnmcsweeney.blogspot.com.
