Dawn McSweeney stole Passaic, New Jersey, Deputy Sheriff, Cliff Carter's badge and much more - and I will pursue this case until my husband's precious badge and all our belongings are returned to us.

 

I will pursue this case to my last breath. And if I die before everything is returned to me and to my father's heirs, I trust my friends and my readers around the world will pick up this case and pursue it until everything Dawn McSweeney and her accomplices stole from us is returned to my heirs and to my father's heirs. This criminal case aided and abetted by the Montreal Police will not go away.

MY SISTER DEBBIE, MOTHER OF THE THIEF, DAWN MCSWEENEY, IS THE MOST TRAGIC VICTIM

 

On October 7, 1996, at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Dawn McSweeney robbed me of my life's possessions - with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

 

Since that day, the Montreal Police have repeatedly refused to take any legal action against the thief and they will make no effort to recover all the precious valuables she stole.

Because the Montreal Police refused to take any action against Dawn McSweeney and her accomplices, the thieves went on to remove my aged mother from our family home and keep her in total isolation for a decade. The Montreal Police refused again and again to investigate.

 

Since the police were doing nothing to stop the criminals, they went on to make a false will in my mother's name when she was about 92 years old.

 

My father's will leaves his home and his life's savings to all his children and grandchildren, each specifically named in his will. The estate was to be divided equally among all of us.

 

My father died in 2000. My mother, in 2007.

 

The thieves removed all of the children and grandchildren from the will and gave all of  my father's estate to Debbie McSweeney and Dawn McSweeney. Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme made himself the "liquidator" of my father's estate. This man I do not know and who never met my father stole everything from my entire family.

 

My naive sister, Debbie, has been the patsy of Dawn's father, Ed McSweeney and then this stranger named Prud'homme. The Montreal Police still refuse to take any action against this den of thieves.

 

More than 72,000 people around the world have read my detailed reports of these crimes. And yet, to this day, the criminals are still free to enjoy everything they stole from my parents, from me, from my siblings and from their children.

But if I did write a book and managed to have it published, it would be one insignificant bit of dust among a universe of stars and galaxies.

 

However, when my blogs on the World Wide Web finally bring about an investigation of the Montreal Police Department and force the authorities to recover and return everything Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" stole from me and from my family, my reports will also bring justice to the many other victims of crime and corruption in Montreal, Quebec, and beyond.

FIGHTING CANCER AND FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE - MY LAST WILL - PHYLLIS CARTER

 

I don't want money. I don't want anyone to cook for me. I don't want anyone to do my laundry. I don't want anyone to bathe me. All I want is that good people everywhere fight to bring me justice.

 

I am fighting for my life. I don't know what the future will bring. My body is very weak now. My hands and feet are swollen and tender from my medication and I can hardly walk. But  I am still strong in spirit.

 

At the same time, I am fighting for the justice denied me since I was attacked and robbed in my home in Montreal - with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

 

When I am no longer able to continue my struggle for justice, I ask people around the world who care about me, who care about justice, to pick up my sword of truth and continue my battle for justice.

 

If I die before justice is done, I hope my friends will continue to fight for the return of everything Dawn McSweeney stole from me and from my family - with the help of those she calls her "partners in crime" - including the Montreal Policeman who helped her rob me.

BUT DEBBIE IS AS MUCH A VICTIM OF DAWN AND HER PARTNERS IN CRIME AS I AM. I THINK OF DEBBIE EVERY DAY AND I WORRY ABOUT HER. BUT MY HANDS ARE TIED. I HAVE TRIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN THROUGH THE YEARS TO REACH OUT TO HER, BUT I MEET A STONE WALL.
