DRIP - DRIP - DRIP - DRIP - DRIP - THE WORLD IS WATCHING

Drip, drip, drip, drip.

The meagre drips of Canadian justice take a long time to reach crime victims in Montreal, Quebec. Drip, drip, drip, drip. They haven't reached me yet, but I persist in demanding my share of justice.

In spite of and because of everything my family and I have suffered because of Dawn McSweeney's crimes, I persist in demanding the return of every precious thing she stole.

Night and day, I appeal to the Montreal Police authorities, politicians and the media. And they persist in ignoring my pleas.

But now I also reach out to honourable people all over the world.

In spite of all the years of rejection and abuse, of frustration and suffering, I persist in telling the truth about the crimes of Dawn McSweeney and those she boastfully calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog.

At first I appealed to Dawn McSweeney to return everything she had just stolen from me on October 7, 1996. In March, 1997, when she finally returned the things she did not want, and kept all my most precious belongings, I came to the door of my home pleading and weeping.

And Dawn McSweeney laughed at me and she mocked me,

And she called the police - who had just a few minutes earlier told me to return to the house and ask for my jewellery.

And the Montreal Police responded quickly to Dawn McSweeney's call and came to my home and told me to leave - empty-handed - as I was forced to do by the police officer on October 7, 1996.  - or I would be arrested.

I begged the lady officer to arrest me.

"If you can't arrest the thief, arrest me. At least then, the case will come to court."

But the officer appealed to me. "Please Mrs. Carter, I don't want to arrest you. Just be patient and we'll work this out."

And so, drenched in tears and in despair, I left.

And all the most precious belongings of my life were left in the hands of a very smug Dawn McSweeney.

It was mid-March, 1997, five months after the robbery when a Montreal Police officer responding to my desperate 911 call - helped Dawn McSweeney to rob me.

I have not been patient for fourteen years. And to this day, the Montreal Police refuse to recover my belongings from Dawn McSweeney or to take legal action in criminal court against her. Or any action at all. Why?

Because a Montreal Police officer helped Dawn McSweeney to rob me and other officers repeatedly covered for the crime by refusing to file a report and by diverting and delaying and suppressing my appeals again and again and again.

At one point, the Montreal Police sent me an email acknowledging my complaint. It reads, We will respond within 72 hours. That was many months ago.

And so I write, appealing to honourable people everywhere to speak out about this crime. And now the world is watching.

Member of Parliament, Marlene Jennings, stated at two public meetings in 2008,
"Mrs. Carter's rights were violated three times."

But no one is doing anything about it.

4,500, 4,600. The Dawn McSweeney blog has been read more than 4,700 times. Drip, drip, drip, drip.

People around the world are reading THE DAWN MCSWEENEY CASE - People in

BASIC TRAINING FOR ASPIRING THIEVES

Considering my experience as a crime victim in Montreal, it occurred to me that I am in a position to give advice to those who are considering becoming thieves but don't know how to go about it.

If I were going to write a manual for aspiring thieves, I would probably include the following:

If you try to rob a bank or a store, the police will likely take an interest and there is some risk that you will eventually get caught, especially if your crime is caught on camera. If not, you'll probably be home free unless someone shoots you. You might be arrested and detained - at least briefly - but if you can't afford a lawyer, I believe you will be entitled to legal aid. So you won't be on your own the way I am as a crime victim.

In time, you may face a judge, unless your lawyer makes a deal for you. If, by chance you get a lawyer who is a drunk or disinterested or incompetent or not in good standing with the judge, it is possible you might have to serve some time in jail, but sooner or later, you will see a parole board and be free to try again. Meanwhile in jail, you will be entitled to a free place to sleep, food, medical care, library books, and other benefits.

Now here is the really important advice. If you rob a family, there is a high possibility that you can take whatever they have and nothing will happen to you. Be sure that you do not injure any person or animal or break any property while committing the robbery. And always speak softly and smile. In my case, the thief, Dawn McSweeney, even wrote adoring poetry to the grandmother she was robbing.

If the person is a relative, you have nothing to worry about. It's a cinch. In any case, befriend the person who has authority in the home and make her feel you care about her. Take it slowly. Don't rush. In my case, the thief waited many years to rob me and my parents. Divert your target's attention by casting aspersions on another person, especially anyone who might suspect you.

When you have access to the house, work on the woman. Men may be harder to fool and they are usually not at home anyway. Go for the woman, especially if she is elderly and lonely, like my mother was.

Look for opportunities to get some time alone. Ask for tea - not beer. You can get a real drink and a smoke later. Then work quickly and quietly. If the victim falls asleep for a while, great. Do not disturb.

Get back to your seat on the sofa before she is aware. Make small talk. Do not leave quickly. Sit and sip your tea and chat about pleasant things. Keep the mark comfortable, but play on her fears and get her to believe you are her friend.

If by any chance the home owner realizes you have stolen her most precious belongings, deny, deny, deny. Laugh. How ridiculous can you get? You can even suggest the victim is delusional.

In my case, Dawn McSweeney's "partners in crime" obtained a court order by presenting a bizarre application to a Quebec Court judge declaring that I was insane and dangerous.

A Quebec Court judge granted the court order - in absentia - in just four minutes, without ever seeing me or speaking to me. There was no evidence, no medical report, and there were no witnesses - except the partners in crime themselves - in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 2007. The applicant for the court order was a complete stranger named Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme - a man I never met or spoke to.

If your victim calls 911, don't touch her. Get out of there and disappear. Do not injure anyone or smash anything or the police might take an interest.

I know that this advice is solid - based on personal experience. But of course, I could not write such a manual. I imagine it might be considered illegal. Of course, I cannot afford a lawyer to advise me about this, and I am not entitled to legal aid as I am a crime victim, not a criminal.

Still, if I did write such a book and I was accused of doing wrong, I would then have the advantage of being entitled to all the benefits accorded to other criminals in Montreal, Quebec, Canada - benefits and advantages and perks and deals that I do not have as a crime victim.

Anyway, I am too old and sick to invest myself in writing a book. But I have reported the evidence of my own experience in specific detail and people all over the world are reading it. At last count, more than 15,000 page views at PHYLLIS CARTER'S JOURNAL and more than 4600 page views at THE DAWN MCSWEENEY ROBBERY CASE.

DAWN MCSWEENEY'S PARTNERS IN CRIME STOLE EVERYTHING HE WORKED FOR

My father, George Rubin,
President,
Metropolitan News Agency,
1248 Peel Street,
Montreal, Canada

Our dad was on the job night and day in every kind of weather for thirty seven years, serving people from all over the world. In 2005, a stranger named Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme made a will in our mother's name and when she died in 2007, Prud'homme, Dawn McSweeney and Debbie McSweeney took everything my father had worked for all his life. Prud'homme eliminated all the children and grandchildren specifically named in our father's own will. Detailed reports describe clearly the crimes of Dawn McSweeney and those she calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog.

JUSTICE MEANS JUSTICE FOR EVERYONE - CRIME VICTIMS SUPPORT EACH OTHER

JUSTICE IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED IN THE FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN - The only issues in the election are money and separatism. The plight of crime victims is not even mentioned. http://phylliscartersjournal.blogspot.com/2011/04/justice-is-not-e...ven-mentioned-in_03.html .
Unless there is a murder or a major drug business involved, all the authorities - from the Montreal Police up to Quebec's Police Ethics Commissioner, to the Quebec courts, Quebec's "Droits de la personne", the Quebec Legislature, the Liberal Party, the Conservatives and the NDP - all ignore crime and sit on laws that protect criminals. The pleas of crime victims are suppressed and smothered at every level. See the detailed reports, the evidence, at THE DAWN MCSWEENEY ROBBERY CASE -

Phyllis Carter  Cheryl, I agree totally. When I fight, I am fighting for justice. Justice means justice for everyone. It means compassion and compensation and protection for victims and their families and for the innocent. It means prison or castration or death for villains. It means that thieves must return what they have stolen and be subject to appropriate terms in prison. Justice means that the punishment must fit the crime - not accommodate the rich who can afford expensive lawyers or those who have friends in the system. Justice means everyone who is a victim of crime or abuse must be treated justly. Each of us alone can be crushed like a bug by those who hold power, but when we support each other, we have a chance to force the authorities to take the appropriate action. UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL.
